Request early check in and did not get. Understaffed at check in. No real coffee pods in room or available at front desk
Excellent location. Good price for clean room. But hallway smelled funky during my 3 night stay
Acredito que há opções melhores. Assim como outros hotéis em NY, o Holliday e antigo e um pouco ultrapassado. Equipe da recepção uns mais cordiais outros mais ríspidos. Café da manhã atende as necessidades, conforme falado no site. O único problema no segundo dia, o pão (item básico) acabou 1 horas antes do término da café da manhã.
Walking distance to Madison Square Gardens and many restaurants.
Excellent location, very clean! Staff was friendly, happy and helpful… breakfast was hot and lots of options …. Definitely will be back!
