AC didnt work in room but staff was responsive. Very crowded breakfast area.
The place is close to where we needed to go. Breakfast was great. Check in was quick and easy.
The location is really convenient in Midtown. A block away from a metro station, you can move everywhere from there. Uptown or Downtown Manhattan. Penn station is a few blocks away too. There are many food options nearby, like the 99c pizza that's a good comfort food option without having to walk too much. I've left my Apple Watch at the Hotel while rushing to he Airport. The staff was really helpful and they send it back home after I created a USPS label for them. Very recommended.
NYC Overall the hotel was kept very clean. Unfortunately there was some mold on the ceiling of our shower. We enjoyed the included breakfast and the outside seating.
Despite having a reservation, upon check-in I was told "we are totally booked and have contracts that come first, but we will find you a room". We were given a room in the basement with ants and poorly functioning toilet. The check-in was not done correctly because twice in the middle of the night (i.e. 2am) housekeeping staff tried to enter our room.
