Denied Entry Despite Paid Booking – Unprofessional and Unsafe Staff Review: I had a fully prepaid reservation through Hotels.com, yet upon arrival, I was denied check-in by a front desk staff member who was extremely unprofessional and appeared intoxicated—there was a noticeable odor of alcohol and drugs. Not worth it Fight broke out on the floor with banging on walls all night, and my room phone had no dial tone so I couldn't even call the front desk. Incredibly thin walls, so I didn't sleep all night, as I didn't feel safe enough to leave my room to see what could be done about it. Also just weird and outdated room, with screens stuck in the AC unit to act as filters that were clearly not doing anything.
Not my favourite Very small room with poor sound insulation. Breakfast was a joke. Unable to even get a seat.
Telephones in the rooms are not working (according to Receptionist), with people screaming and partying during the night we had to call the Reception via cellphone as the room phone was deadly and they did nothing to stop the noise, the rooms are really small and with 2 bags is like playing tetris.
