Convent to facility using for surgery. Desk attendant very helpful for restaurants. Over and beyond !
Relax lodging Great stay , great staff this will be my go to hotel for NYC.
The staff are great, location also great. But on the rooms make sure the stuff work. If something is not working tell them at the front desk every day all day if can. Because they will take the taxes if complaining about something is broken they reduse thr amount of the taxes. If you find something dirty make sure you tell the front desk. For example the phone didn’t work at all all 5 night 6 days I stay at the property. Make sure they change the shower curtain they’re are dirty.
Property was in good condition, only 1 lift servicing the hotel caused frustrations with waiting times on busy periods. Breakfast was excellent
I had a great stay here! Breakfast was great and had many choices. The staff did an excellent job keeping everything clean and restocked during the busy breakfast. Room was clean and well-stocked.
One night in NYC The rooms were small and shabby. We had two rooms on separate floors, one of which had broken doors on the closet and window shades that didn't work. The beds were comfortable and the linens were clean. Not a lot of extras in the bathroom, but it was clean as well. Considering how packed the hotel was, our floor was very quiet during the night.
