The room was extremely small. No pamphlets about the hotel. One ice machine located on the second floor.

Tv went out 2nd nite there. Hotel room chain lock broken. Very poor lobby. Starbucks next door & WTC closeness very nice.
Bad experience! At arrival we were told there are NO rooms available thought we had a reservation. We were directed to a different hotel which had no rooms for 4people and so we got folding beds. The next day we returned to holiday inn to speak to a manager and got a tiny room that did not fit our needs. This completely ruined our arrival to NYC and our stay in the hotel.
