This hotel is very close to the 9/11 memorial and museum, subway lines, Wall Street, and good restaurants. Michael on the morning shift and the gentleman on the night shift (never caught his name) were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very basic - nothing fancy - and needed some updates (new bathroom door, lower the shower curtain to keep water from splashing on the floor, trashcan for the room), but we were literally only there to sleep, so it worked for us. Staff was super friendly and even got us checked in a couple hours early. However, the Inn is in bad need of renovation and deep cleaning and restocking and room cleaning services. Location was good for our trip.
Greta stay The hotel is in an excellent location. That’s the main reason it gets such a high review. Few blocks from Wall Street, few blocks from WTC. 15 minute walk to Chinatown/Little Italy. Front desk was great, polite and friendly. Didn’t give highest review because parking situation isn’t great. $134 for closest parking garage, two nights. I get it’s NYC, and not their fault, just giving a heads up. I would go back for sure.
The manager Mike, was awesome!! He helped get us situated and even assisted with parking. Check-in and out was a breeze. Very satisfied with the location and room condition. Would recommend!
The staff at this hotel was so friendly and helpful. The rooms could have been cleaner, and stocked properly. Buf I would go back.
Great area I was close to everything the staffs were very friendly and helpful the room was clean and comfy I loved the experience
