Moyen Hôtel idéalement situé pour visiter New York Personnel a l'écoute, accueillant et réactif. Fausse information il n'y pas de petit déjeuner car le restaurant est fermé depuis un petit moment, pas de salle de sport non plus. L'ascenseur est souvent en panne Pas de service de service chambre pendant 2 jours, il faut demander à la réception pour en bénéficier....
Not worth it. I had called ahead to see if the hotel would store our bags until check out because we landed so early in the morning, we were told that they would. When we got to the hotel we were told they do not store bags but that we could leave them in the lobby. The person at the desk never asked for ID or to even see if we were staying at the hotel. Great location. clean enough for me and pretty quiet. very close to the 911 memorial. staff is very friendly. rooms are smaller than i expected but good enough for me. no fridge and no microwave!
Nice and clean room but no view around the facility overall its an 8 out of 10 rating
Every staff member was awesome, kind and attentive. They made the stay worthwhile. Awesome customer service. The hotel is dirty and outdated. Funky smell in rooms.
