Michael is the absolutely best! We checked in maybe 10 minutes after three and our room wasn't entirely ready yet (an older gentleman on staff so we understood). We talked with Michael and he was very accommodating, helped us out with finding good foods to eat in the area that weren't insanely priced. If you're looking for a one to two night stay and are younger, this property will be great (especially if you get the terrace!) with its affordability and location. The toilet was a bit smelly and had glue in it. But the zone is pretty convenient

We booked our reservations with the Wall Street Holiday Inn only to be told by the front desk we didn't have a reservation. We were routed to another Holiday Inn location blocks away. We didn't appreciate the trickery of booking a certain Holiday Inn only to have the reservations switched and noted in small print. Not good consumer confidence.
Muy básico. Servicio meramente transaccional. No limpian cuartos (COVID) Cuartos muy pequeños. Ideal para ir y únicamente dormir ahí.
