The propery looks very old and tired. Tiny room. The shower curtain didn't reach the floor of the shower, so of course, water sprayed out all over the floor. The bathroom door was warped from water damage and didn't close properly. There was only one light in the room. A double fixture between the two beds. One side worked only intermittently. The window shades were stained and generally dirty looking. The housekeeping staff did a good job given what they had to work with. Not a pleasant experience.
the room smelled like mold, AC wasn’t working, black/pink mold in bathtub.
The room have cockroaches and not clean
I Stayed in this location a total of 2.5 hours tops and let me tell you it was TERRIBLE. Upon walking in, the lobby is really small, old and very obviously not well kept. This is NYC so you try to just roll with it, but at a whopping $353 / night you want Cleanliness at a minimum. The elevator is extremely small, old and raggedy. The hallways are tiny and smell. It was horrible,I had sign up for a king sign bed and got a twin size for me and my fiancé he is a big guy and I ain’t small either,they refuse to upgrade our room to king size,the room they put us in had mold very unsafe for us to sleep in,also the room pillow and towel was messup with blood on it on,I really need a refund because I left on the second day and stay with family because this is very unprofessional.to have a high ratings.this is so nasty and the customer service was very horrible nobody attended when we ask for... read more
Disappointing Only stayed one night. Expensive but as it was a public holiday weekend I somewhat expected that. However, the hotel charged a ‘destination fee’ on arrival which I was not told about in advance. The restaurant was also being renovated, which meant no breakfast service. All that was available was a very small selection of pastries and coffee in the tiny reception area. Only room for two people to sit, so I had to go outside for breakfast. My room was not ready. Staff did not know what time it would be available. Room was not properly cleaned and had a lot of flys. Room also appeared to be under construction.
