Everyone in the supplies section is always friendly and helpful, but no one in the bakery area is ever very interested in getting anything out of the case for me and nearly everything I purchase these days is stale. I know these items are for dogs, but they can probably taste everything better than we can. If the baked goods I get continue to be dried out, I'm going to stop purchasing from the bakery there. In my opinion, this is substandard for Hollywood Feed.

The customer service at this location specifically could be better. The staff members are sort of friendly but seem scattered and not well trained.
