Honestly I was shocked the service was so bad. I call Katy at customer service she was rude and unprofessional. Pleas have Management call me. 914 216 2295

This has happened two times in a row now. I order curbside pickup but no one answers the phone or it goes directly to a full voicemail box. Both times I’ve had my baby in the car. Both times, no customers are at the counter checking out. Please don’t offer curbside pickup if it’s not an option.

They would not answer the phone for curbside so I had to go inside to collect my order.

Everyone in the supplies section is always friendly and helpful, but no one in the bakery area is ever very interested in getting anything out of the case for me and nearly everything I purchase these days is stale. I know these items are for dogs, but they can probably taste everything better than we can. If the baked goods I get continue to be dried out, I'm going to stop purchasing from the bakery there. In my opinion, this is substandard for Hollywood Feed.
