I wish I got the gals name that helped me out. I am a district manager in retail so I have high expectations for the customer experience. I appreciated the time she spent explaining the benefits of what I was buying for my pup. As I was being helped, she would briefly stop to welcome anyone who walked into the store. She signed me up for your rewards program, again, taking the time to explain how it works. It is very hard to find good customer service nowadays.
