I wish I got the gals name that helped me out. I am a district manager in retail so I have high expectations for the customer experience. I appreciated the time she spent explaining the benefits of what I was buying for my pup. As I was being helped, she would briefly stop to welcome anyone who walked into the store. She signed me up for your rewards program, again, taking the time to explain how it works. It is very hard to find good customer service nowadays. The folks at Hollywood Feed are the nicest, most knowledgeable, helpful folks you could ever meet! Very professional and if you have ever ordered on line they are always on time with deliveries. I ordered a crate and it would not fit in my car so they loaded the crate into their delivery van and followed me home with the crate!! Who does that...Hollywood Feed that’s who! Talk about fantastic customer service!! Love these folks!
