I love Lisa and Nick, who are ALWAYS so helpful and who genuinely engage with me every time I come in the store. They remember the kind of cat food my cats like and let me know about sales. They are such a blessing to me, and a true asset to HF. Not only are they service oriented, but are people oriented and always greet with smiles and conversation. We have been shopping at HWF for years. We can buy pet food anywhere but we would never be able to find a staff as warm and supportive as HWF. We were so sad to see our nearest location close. The feed team there felt like a second family. They were so supportive when our senior dog crossed the rainbow bridge. They were instrumental in helping us teach our new rescue with extreme anxiety learn to trust humans and accept love (and the good treats!) Absolutely awesome! My little boy Shih Tzu didnāt like anything that I purchased last time. He used to in the past but really turned his nose up this time and just sat around being sad lol. I called the store told them about it and they walked around while I was on the phone, picking out things and telling me what it was that they thought he would like.
