We have been shopping at HWF for years. We can buy pet food anywhere but we would never be able to find a staff as warm and supportive as HWF. We were so sad to see our nearest location close. The feed team there felt like a second family. They were so supportive when our senior dog crossed the rainbow bridge. Absolutely awesome! My little boy Shih Tzu didn’t like anything that I purchased last time. He used to in the past but really turned his nose up this time and just sat around being sad lol. I called the store told them about it and they walked around while I was on the phone, picking out things and telling me what it was that they thought he would like. I came in on Wednesday, January 18, 2023 around noon, and whoever was working the front desk helped me tremendously with my purchase. I just adopted a new puppy, and he helped me get all the equipment I needed to feel confident in my preparation. Thank you so much for your time and making sure that your customers felt cared for!
