I usually insist on shopping at locally owned pet stores, but I have an allergy dog and hate for local stores to have to order in special stock just for her. Hollywood Feed has been fantastic and so accommodating of Dottie’s needs! They greet her by name, always ask how she’s doing, remember her allergies, and suggest great products for her. In recent weeks they’ve been wonderful about offering delivery to the car and other options. Our local staff is outstanding.

The girl who greeted me went over all the details of sales and such, it was very friendly without being pushy or sales-y, felt like a casual conversation. She also showed me all the cute Corgi stuff, I couldn't resist. Definitely coming back everytime we stop in chapel hill.
