The staff are always very helpful and polite. The only drawback is they don't carry all the food our pet likes.

I absolutely love this store. The people greet you genuinely. The dogs behind the counter are adorable and a lovely addition to shopping. I never feel pressured to buy anything, and have had incredibly great advise about toys. My dogs love the Hollywood jerky. Fantastic store!!!!! I'm a Hollywood lifer!!!
