I enjoyed the store, but the person who was trying to tell me about dog food knew less about it than I did. Staff need to be trained about all the food you offer in the store and be able to direct a customer to the best fitting food... That is what is expected at any high-end dog store.

The staff are always very helpful and polite. The only drawback is they don't carry all the food our pet likes.
