This is my go-to pet store in Austin. There is a great selection of dog and cat food, as well as toys, beds, and treats. The staff is very friendly and helpful - while I normally visit the store in person, I have also used the delivery service, which was extremely quick and convenient.

Always wonderful and kind service from the day I adopted our cat and bought supplies for her at Hollywood. Always helpful, just genuinely a great place with excellent products.
Great products, competitive prices, and a friendly and knowledgeable staff
Daniel is the best customer service worker I’ve ever interacted with. He was so informative, happy, and helpful. I don’t even have a pet. I was buying treats for my girlfriend’s dog. And I somehow signed up for a membership. Great store and guy!
