Daniel is the best customer service worker I’ve ever interacted with. He was so informative, happy, and helpful. I don’t even have a pet. I was buying treats for my girlfriend’s dog. And I somehow signed up for a membership. Great store and guy!

Always someone asking to help and carry bags of litter and food to the check out, great product selection and a friendly place to be. Delivery is fast.

It was my dogs birthday so I wanted to pick out a few things. The older gentleman at the counter was very receptive. He asked all about my dog and even threw in a little free treat and told me to tell him happy birthday haha. He went above and beyond and I'm very greateful for that experience. You just don’t get customer service like that anymore.
