Absolutely the best customer service I've ever experienced. Everyone knows the store and the products very well, but I have never felt pressured to buy anything. Good prices. Great parking.
The quality and care of the crew at this location keep me coming back. I'll admit when this shop went from local to a corporation, I explored other pet shops after being a customer for probably 30 years at Bark and Purr. I view these crew members as partners in not only my pets' health but also as partners in helping me with my financial constraints. You should reward this crew. I know several by name and learning others' names. I value them.
