The quality and care of the crew at this location keep me coming back. I'll admit when this shop went from local to a corporation, I explored other pet shops after being a customer for probably 30 years at Bark and Purr. I view these crew members as partners in not only my pets' health but also as partners in helping me with my financial constraints. You should reward this crew. I know several by name and learning others' names. I value them.
