Came in needing a new food option for my 15 yr old dog since she isn’t eating her usual food. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and guided me to several good options. She ask several questions before giving recommendations.

Received a greeting immediately inside the door. I was asked how I could be helped and I told them what product I needed. They helped show me the product for my cat and we discussed what would probably be what she would like to eat.. On my way!

We love our Hollywood Feed in Lexington Ky! Always helpful, knowledgeable about the merchandise and products. Even offer assistance with your purchases out to your car. The employees go out of their way to be sure you have a great customer experience while in their store. I always leave there feeling like a valued customer.
