Received a greeting immediately inside the door. I was asked how I could be helped and I told them what product I needed. They helped show me the product for my cat and we discussed what would probably be what she would like to eat.. On my way!

We love our Hollywood Feed in Lexington Ky! Always helpful, knowledgeable about the merchandise and products. Even offer assistance with your purchases out to your car. The employees go out of their way to be sure you have a great customer experience while in their store. I always leave there feeling like a valued customer. Hollywood Feed is best pet store in Lexington. The store is clean and well stocked. They do offer a variety of pet supplies ,they deliver and they do price match. The staff is always friendly and helpful. Great store.
Really liked the lady working yesterday. She was overrun because of inclement weather, but was so calm and friendly. She carried my items to the car for me. Just excellent.
