Every experience is 5 star, the staff are welcoming and helpful, the products are good quality and most of all, our dogs and cats love everything we get there!!!

We love the staff at our Allen, TX Hollywood Feed. They are genuinely friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and professional. Jace helps us most every time we shop for Steve's Real Food and Goat Milk. He's so kind to us.

The manager and staff treat Ragnar like a king and he loves going in the store with me. I love how knowledgeable the store is about the products and dog food ingredients. Great store!

Every time I visit the Allen location, everyone is so friendly and helpful. They make the shopping experience fun and frustration free. Love having different options and brands for my dogs and I never feel like the employees are trying to oversell me. I wish the pricing was a bit lower but with the economy, high prices are here to stay.
