The manager and staff treat Ragnar like a king and he loves going in the store with me. I love how knowledgeable the store is about the products and dog food ingredients. Great store!

Every time I visit the Allen location, everyone is so friendly and helpful. They make the shopping experience fun and frustration free. Love having different options and brands for my dogs and I never feel like the employees are trying to oversell me. I wish the pricing was a bit lower but with the economy, high prices are here to stay.
