The customer service here is impeccable! We were greeted as soon as we got in the door and advised of all sales in such a pleasant non "salesy" type way which I love. The wonderful customer service continued through the nice gentleman that checked us out. I'm not getting my new puppy until the Fall but I will be back very soon to buy things for him in advance. This was my first time in the store. The associate that walked up to me right away was friendly and welcoming (wish I could remember his name :/ ) I wanted to switch my cat to a better food and he was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot to think about. He carried my food for me and walked me up to front register to check out all the while still giving me info and perks of their store too. I will definitely be back and help support this wonderful store. My only complaint is how small the cat section is lol. Thank you so much... read more
