Great customer service! Helped me find exactly what i needed for my old dog with arthritis! Really felt that the customer service was genuine. And they even helped me order the food over the phone while I was in a different state!

Hollywood feed had great products and very helpful staff. But beware of their ads. Almost a bait and switch situation. Ad states 20% off one item. No caveats or asterisks indicating any limitations. You would have to scroll several pages down to see a one line limitation at the very bottom of the last page. The manager did honor the 20 % but I had to argue my case. Seemed like an ad to get you in but then wasn’t what was advertised.
