This was my first time in the store. The associate that walked up to me right away was friendly and welcoming (wish I could remember his name :/ ) I wanted to switch my cat to a better food and he was very knowledgeable and gave me a lot to think about. He carried my food for me and walked me up to front register to check out all the while still giving me info and perks of their store too. I will definitely be back and help support this wonderful store. My only complaint is how small the cat section is lol. Thank you so much... read more

Great customer service! Helped me find exactly what i needed for my old dog with arthritis! Really felt that the customer service was genuine. And they even helped me order the food over the phone while I was in a different state!
