We moved to Nashville a year ago, and the staff was so welcoming!! We shop here almost weekly and every single time we are greeted with friendly and knowledgeable staff who obviously love animals. They also let us know about all of the sale items, which is helpful!

Needed to find a new food for picky older cat. My helped in the store was good at offering options others have found useful. While a bit more information about food options might have been nice I was happy to try something recommended with the promise of being able to return the food I chose.

The staff understands your needs, asks questions to help you get zeroed in -- and they actually like dogs! Not only did they remember my rescue spaniel -- who wasn't with me -- they remembered how he didn't understand play, asked how he was doing. Talk about confidence in their recommendations? They know the real customers! Plus, it's easy in. easy access and a really good diversity of products (toys, treats, leashes and food types within the brand)

I love going to Hollywood Feed. They are very knowledgeable and so very helpful. My dog loves going there too. She knows exactly where the treats are!

Great pet supply store! The staff is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable! Large selection and organized. I used the self dog wash too and that really works well for us!!
