The best customer service of any establishment I’ve been to in years, hands down! The staff is so extremely friendly and helpful. Each member treats my pups like their own every time we enter the store. Cannot give enough praise to the team members there, at this point they are like extended family!

The first time I came in I went through the steps to set up an account so that I would start receiving benefits for getting the same brand of dog food. The second time I went in to get more they could not find me in the system and I had to remake the account. Not annoyed at the exchange but the fact that my first purchase did not count towards the discount. Otherwise the store and employees are awesome!
