The first time I came in I went through the steps to set up an account so that I would start receiving benefits for getting the same brand of dog food. The second time I went in to get more they could not find me in the system and I had to remake the account. Not annoyed at the exchange but the fact that my first purchase did not count towards the discount. Otherwise the store and employees are awesome!

I love this pet store! Everyone remembers me and my dogs and asks about them anytime I come in without them. They’re always so helpful and my dogs appreciate the treats. I don’t live incredibly close to the store, but I go out of my way to buy my dog food and supplies here. Bese pet store I’ve found, hands down.
