When having a wait list for the dog wash, all employees should be aware there is a waitlist and not directly lead people just walking in from the street straight to the dog wash centers, ahead of those who have been waiting. Definitely shows a lack of communication within this store which should be addressed.

Can't change delivery date on website...it is disabled. Also no way to apply rewards to an autoship
