Did not have what I was seeking. Sales staff a bit overbearing . Too many questions designed to develop your database at check out . You didn’t ask if your store had the product I sought.

Not satisfied with the service I received on March 26th with the groomer. I sent a pictures on how she suppose to look. The groomer lied and said she told my daughter that she was mattied and she wasnt,how I know she wasnt I'd just checked her out the night before she went. The groomer on duty that was rude and she messed my baby's haircut up. IM VERY DISSATISFIED WITH THE SERVICE THIS TIME.....

Support this local business. Been a customer since the original Hollywood Feed on Broad. Now multiple locations in Memphis. Great customer service always. Knowledgeable and friendly employees. Always smiling and ready to answer your questions. Grooming services are wonderful, too. Will not disappoint. Try them out if you haven't already. You'll forget all about the big box stores.
