Jonathon was extremely nice when I called, very professional and pleasant. When I went in, he helped explain the difference in the foods, and explained the benefits of probiotics and helped me pick out one. I was very confused and he quickly explained the differences with confidence and knowledge. I have two new kitties and it helps to have people who are pleasant and knowledgeable in the store. Thanks!!

Came in for first time - seeking a replacement kibble for 9 yr old Pit/Boxer mix who had been showing signs of food allergies or food dislike after more than one year eating it (Eukanuba) Crystal was an EXTREMELY good listener and VERY helpful in offering possible replacement.
