Jonathon was extremely nice when I called, very professional and pleasant. When I went in, he helped explain the difference in the foods, and explained the benefits of probiotics and helped me pick out one. I was very confused and he quickly explained the differences with confidence and knowledge. I have two new kitties and it helps to have people who are pleasant and knowledgeable in the store.
