I love the staff here! They are kind, knowledgeable and remember me when I come in. I also love the smell of the store, I would replicate in my house during the fall. ;-)

Great customer service at the Johnson Ferry store. I appreciate advice, product knowledge, willingness to help me get products (I'm short,) and offers to always help me get purchases to my car. Pricing is steep for toys, and I often wonder why product is placed so high for canned food. Else - I only go to this store for our Bella pet needs. Thank you.

Great customer service and had a hard to find specialty dog food I needed ASAP in stock!
