We just closed on our new Mo home we had our daughter work with Jenny & Megan to be our eyes there ( currently live in Idaho ) our daughter met with Jenny at the house & things that were in need of repairs were taken care of ... they stated on top of all inspections there & worked to get some repairs .. our thanks to them , we closed today yay !!

When I noticed that erosion was occurring along my fence lines, reached out to Holt Homes for assistance. I contacted Matt Gagliasso, Holt Homes Customer Service Manager. Matt offered to place sod along the fence line where the erosion was occurring. Within a few days, the sod was in place and working very well. I was really impressed with how willing Matt was to help me out and how quickly the problem was taken care of. I've lived in their Peach Springs Development in Ridgefield almost two years now and very happy with the home. I made sure I had all my warranty items taken care of in the first year and only problems were with flooring issues and tile to repaired and grout. Also cabinets needed a lot of touch up with dings and paint chips. All in all I'm happy with the home and it's very energy efficient. We are so pleased with the response to our water heater issue on Friday the 13th. I contacted Matt in the afternoon and he had a water heater repairman call me and trouble shoot the problem. This is the second time we have had an issue that Matt has been responsible for that has been handled expeditiously, prior to Matt we had some issues but since he has been hired we are very pleased with the response and the resolution of our concerns! Way to go Holt Homes and Matt !!!!!

Read the WARRANTY POLICY for any new construction front to back before you open that new door. This is their Holt Homes 2-10 warranty policy that Jeremiah Hemphill gave to me, on 12/12/25 with directions. Holt uses horrible HoA management company that violates Oregon traffic laws to constantly fine homeowners who do an immaculate job at taking care of their property so much so that homeowners fix issues with the homes such as water issues and poor build quality. I think there maybe a class action against holt unless the figure out buyers do not like the HOAs and management companies. I bet if holt stop the policing and did whatever they could to advertise no hoa they would sell Every home in their inventory.

The HOAs they have a terrible! Besides build quality this is the second most disturbing thing. The hOA compliance officers put childrens lives at risk by using electronic devices while operating vehicles. Is it really worth a child's life if someone is working on their property and needs to move garbage cans to access the backyard? Holt is rubbish. Their HOA is rubbish. Buy a non HOA home. Trust me!

Still getting these nasty threatening letters. Doesn't seem like Holt builds communities for families and kids. I live in faraday hills in Estacada and there are no basketball or parks for kids to play yet I get notices for having a basketball hoop that is used daily. Expect ann8 year old to move a hoop when there is 5' between houses? DO NOT BUY A HOLT HOME if you want to raise a family. Can't wait to sell and never buy another Holt or HOA home again.
