We just closed on our new Mo home we had our daughter work with Jenny & Megan to be our eyes there ( currently live in Idaho ) our daughter met with Jenny at the house & things that were in need of repairs were taken care of ... they stated on top of all inspections there & worked to get some repairs .. our thanks to them , we closed today yay !!

Our first time buying a home couldn't have gone any better! Jordan at Holt Homes has been so upfront, helpful, and considerate. He really treated us like friends and that he'd do anything and everything to make sure everything turned out the way it should and that we were happy. When I noticed that erosion was occurring along my fence lines, reached out to Holt Homes for assistance. I contacted Matt Gagliasso, Holt Homes Customer Service Manager. Matt offered to place sod along the fence line where the erosion was occurring. Within a few days, the sod was in place and working very well. I was really impressed with how willing Matt was to help me out and how quickly the problem was taken care of. I've lived in their Peach Springs Development in Ridgefield almost two years now and very happy with the home. I made sure I had all my warranty items taken care of in the first year and only problems were with flooring issues and tile to repaired and grout. Also cabinets needed a lot of touch up with dings and paint chips. All in all I'm happy with the home and it's very energy efficient. We are so pleased with the response to our water heater issue on Friday the 13th. I contacted Matt in the afternoon and he had a water heater repairman call me and trouble shoot the problem. This is the second time we have had an issue that Matt has been responsible for that has been handled expeditiously, prior to Matt we had some issues but since he has been hired we are very pleased with the response and the resolution of our concerns! Way to go Holt Homes and Matt !!!!!

13825 NE 107th Street, Lot 30 Heartwood Neighborhood (New Development) by Holt Homes BUYERS BEWARE; THIS PROPERTY HAS IMPROPER LAND GRADING AND WATER RETENTION ISSUES! I am not currently having a house built by Holt Homes, but they are building a new neighborhood directly behind our home. They have consistently started working well before the 7:00 a.m. legal start time. Sometimes as early as 6:00 a.m. I have reached out to the for-men and Holt Homes several times. Always being assured that this would stop. There is another builder also building in the same area, and they have always started after the 7:00 legal start time. I've been forced to write a negative review on Holt homes. I'm in the Hearth at Millican Creek development in Lafayette. I've owned my home only 15-months. I agree with other reviews in regard to workmanship. There were many issues discovered after moving in that have been totally unacceptable. For example, they installed heat registers under open doors, several of the window sills were uneven, measurements inside closets were not plumb or even close to plum, there are gaps in the front door that allow bugs to come in, the... read more

I love my house, however, I could not recommend Holt Homes to anyone due to the less than stellar workmanship and the fact that any issue becomes a battle. I sent in a warranty request because I had standing water in the back yard. A rep came and looked at it and said it wasn't "that" bad. You would sink a couple of inches walking through one area. They tried to blame it on the neighbor overwatering and when I said that wasn't the case, they blamed it on the high water table. They agreed to "fix" the problem and simply ... read more
