Our experience with Holtzman has been great. From the first call, to our meeting with Maria, everything has been explained so that we understand clearly. Ron came and set the tank and performed the safety checks explaining as he went. Brandon delivered the propane. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing.
Everyone has been great from start to finish
Once you were on location the service was great. Scheduling was a disaster. It took too long (more than a week to get a tech here) with a number of earlier misses. You cancelled an appointment at the last minute. The next one was missed due to “a meeting” the tech had to attend and ran over.
The office ladies and the install people were very knowledgeable of their job and helped in every way possible. I would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks
