Your worker was very knowledgeable and kind. He made that I knew how to get the right part to get so I could get the fireplace fan to work!
The workers arrived to fill the tank and check for leaks as per schedule. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable with recommendations and answers to my questions. Will be coming by to look at fireplace replacements on display.
Swapping out propane tank went smoothly.
Scott arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and made sure all of the propane powered appliances were working before he left. His service was spectacular! It would be nice if the Holtzman company was as concerned about its’ customers as Scott is. Thank you Scott!
I am super impressed by the speed and assistance from whitney and Aamie in getting us set up with the new Rinnai Tankless hot water heater! Our hot water heater wasnt working to well and they took care of things right away and we cannot thank them enough! Additionally , Will and Rodney did the install and all we can say is WOW clean neat and very nice job- we are so happy with thier work and how nice of a job they did. Thank you for your 5 star service! Everybody was so helpful this week. When I called lady who answered was sweetest could be. Lady who called me yesterday for letting me know Will was comin also super nice and helpful. The gentleman who fixed our gas leak last Sunday and fixed our fireplace today was so nice and helpful.
