Scott arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, fixed it and made sure all of the propane powered appliances were working before he left. His service was spectacular! It would be nice if the Holtzman company was as concerned about its’ customers as Scott is. Thank you Scott!
I am super impressed by the speed and assistance from whitney and Aamie in getting us set up with the new Rinnai Tankless hot water heater! Our hot water heater wasnt working to well and they took care of things right away and we cannot thank them enough! Additionally , Will and Rodney did the install and all we can say is WOW clean neat and very nice job- we are so happy with thier work and how nice of a job they did. Thank you for your 5 star service! Everybody was so helpful this week. When I called lady who answered was sweetest could be. Lady who called me yesterday for letting me know Will was comin also super nice and helpful. The gentleman who fixed our gas leak last Sunday and fixed our fireplace today was so nice and helpful. We really did had 5 star service from all of you. Thank you! The Johnson family
Poor service. Have them since 2021 and the first 2 years were great. Since horror story after horror story. On their automotive monitoring system. Have ran out of propane every winter since 2023. Once for three days and now the latest snowstorm in Jan 2026 out again and second time this winter. Called them and let them know 4 days before out of propane I was running low. Told trucks are running 24/7 and we will get to you when we can. Let's see if they will pay for burst pipes because of their failure.
My gas delivery was ignored before the storm, and today I was told there are no drivers in my area—despite clear weather and open roads. This is poor planning, not a lack of access. What’s most upsetting is the rude and indifferent response from your corporate representative, Tanya Pool. Even after being informed of my medical situation and the cold conditions in my home, she showed no empathy and offered no solution, repeatedly telling me to “work on the next delivery.” This level of customer service is unacceptable.
Holtzman Propane is not a customer friendly business. The technician came and took upon himself to look for leaks without advising that his time spent will be billed separately. It was supposed to be a delivery and install. The technician couldn’t fix the problem but charged almost $200 and hour for tinkering around for 2 hrs. Stay away from them. They will add fees and charges nonstop.
