Once you were on location the service was great. Scheduling was a disaster. It took too long (more than a week to get a tech here) with a number of earlier misses. You cancelled an appointment at the last minute. The next one was missed due to “a meeting” the tech had to attend and ran over.

The workers arrived to fill the tank and check for leaks as per schedule. They were prompt, courteous and knowledgeable with recommendations and answers to my questions. Will be coming by to look at fireplace replacements on display.
