RecommendedHome Partners has revitalized our business model. We have closed around 60-70 transactions with them in the Kansas City area. They have helped some of our clients get into homes who otherwise may not have qualified through traditional financing, or weren’t quite ready to buy for a number of reasons. RecommendedThis is a unique program for people that are not quite ready to commit to buying a home or are unsure of the area. As there slogan goes Lease it, love it, buy it....it is so true. The tenant has up to 5 years to buy the home so the program is very flexible. Home partners is great to work with on the buy side as well as a client. They make the process very smooth and they are very clear on what the expectations are as the home buyer. I look forward to more transactions with Home Partners.
RecommendedHome Partners is a great option for relocation clients, especially if the move to the new location is temporary. They can rent out their home at their permanent base and find a beautiful home, in a nice neighborhood, for their family to live in while they are stationed in the new city. This gives them a lot of options!!! If their stay is extended, they can buy the home from Home Partners. If it isn't, they won't lose money trying to sell a house after living in it a year or two.
