This program was a perfect opportunity for my client. My client was on the fence of wanting to rent or buy. This program gave her the opportunity to test drive the home that she considered purchasing. There isn't many programs that give you that option but Home Partners of America has definitely made it an easy process. My family and I were in a tight spot. We wanted to get into a house but could not qualify for a loan. Just by happenstance, we started looking into a "rent to own" home. Thats when we came accross Home Partners of America, on craigslist nonetheless. Gotta admit, it sounded too good to be true, however Home Partners agent (Marc) was awesome through out the whole process, (which can be lengthy) but the process only took us 1 month.
