RecommendedMy recent experience with Home Partners was very positive. Its a great opportunity for someone who is already paying rent to move into a home they may like to purchase. The purchase happens quickly and the new tenant/future owner can also move in quickly. The fact that home partners will only purchases in good areas keeps your home value up. This is a great program!

RecommendedHome Partners is a Great program for people with minor credit problems or people wanting a rent to own property. All houses approved are in the best neighborhoods with the best schools. Just sold my first property with them and looking forward to many more. I recommended Home Partners to the listing agent and they just joined. They loved the smooth transition.
