RecommendedMy recent experience with Home Partners was very positive. Its a great opportunity for someone who is already paying rent to move into a home they may like to purchase. The purchase happens quickly and the new tenant/future owner can also move in quickly. The fact that home partners will only purchases in good areas keeps your home value up. This is a great program!

Home Partners is a Great program for people with minor credit problems or people wanting a rent to own property. All houses approved are in the best neighborhoods with the best schools. Just sold my first property with them and looking forward to many more. I recommended Home Partners to the listing agent and they just joined. They loved the smooth transition.

This was a great company to do business with. My client was able to select the home of her choice and not just settle for what was available on the rental market. The seller received top dollar for their home, quick closing and I, as the buyer's agent helped facilitate a house sale rather than a rental. It was a win-win-win for everyone involved!
