So far so good. Was a great way to get a decent place to rent for 1-2 years until we buy again. There was a serious lack of inventory in our market. So this was a nice fall back.

I just closed my first sale with Home Partners as my client and I have to say they were very good to work with. I had read reviews before getting involved with this transaction and I had a little reservation before starting to work with them.
