Had a buyer that wanted to use them. Found a home they liked, they wanted to make an offer, so I called and called, left voicemails, waited and waited on hold, and no one ever called back or answered the phone. In a market this fast-paced, there is no way this service is going to be any benefit. Sellers are not going to wait for days because you can’t get in touch with the person with the money.
