Home Partners is a joke. I was referred to them by a realtor when I was in a desperate search for a home. They took my money for the application fee & sat on my application for weeks. I uploaded more documentation then was "required" and they did nothing. When I reached out to get my application fee back they said they had already used it to run my info, which at the time it also said my application was not complete.
