No problems with the clean. The ebgineer was on time courteous qnd efficient - as always. The office staff were poor, as always and it it that aspect alone which prevents a five star rating

Very satisfied with the service. The engineer Alex was very friendly and polite, cleaned the hoover efficiently and throughly. We discussed a new model which was on offer with trade in. He demonstrated this very well and professionally. I was impressed with the offer and have purchased the new model, a very good deal. Mathew was very good in explaining everything what he uses in cleaning the three piece suit and very pleasant and helpful But disappointed in not getting some of the stains out
