The young man who came to service my Dyson hover was called George. Very pleasant and polite. He came as was arranged, in the morning. Got on with the job and my hover is as good as new againššvery happy.Ā

Unfortunately due to unforeseen work commitments, and travel hold ups the Engineer was unable to attend on the planned day. However, it was scheduled for the following day, and we were kept up to date with Homecare app and messages. The Engineer Craig was very courteous, and had some difficulty in fitting the new parts, but completed the job satisfactorily.Ā
The engineer discovered what was wrong with the hob and has now fitted the new part and we are delighted to have it working againĀ
