New motor in washer.
2July 2024.John Rimmer came to carry out a gas C.H. boiler service. He was punctual, pleasant, efficient and helpful with advice. I had no hesitation in signing up for an annual service arrangement. Looking at the invoice and account details after he had left, I noticed that they were under the name of “Mrs Waterson”. Sadly, my wife died in 2015; the account should be in my name. Will you please update that for future use.

Andrew contacted me to say he was on his way. He was pleasant and enthusiastic and worked very hard to get the oven clean. I was very pleased with the results..He was able to answer any questions l had . Very pleased with the experience.
Very friendly & impressive service. Next day call out service to a dishwasher breakdown. Immediate ordering of required parts by engineer Lee, & immediate next available slot booking for repair on arrival of parts (within a couple of days).
Philip Massey was very quick and efficient . He diagnosed the problem effectively and sorted the problem . Very pleasant and polite . Also very clean and tidy .
