Great service from your engineer Colin who explained the benefits & operation of the new vacuum allowing me to practice using all it's facilities which really sold it to me. Looking forward to receiving my new machine. Cleaned & serviced other machines owned by me. Good rapport as Colin is a dog lover & a Liverpool supporter which was an added bonus!
George is a professional engineer. Soon sorted out the suction issue and completed the annual service. Now working properly. Left no mess, clean and tidy. George is a personable and helpful chap.
