Wayne did a great job on my cooker and hob yesterday. It looks brand new! He was very efficient and friendly. He checked our plan with Homecare when I pointed out the microwave wasn't working. He confirmed it was covered and got in touch with the relevant person and arranged for repair. Great job!

Absolutely delighted with the service we had today. Mathew did an excellent job cleaning our carets and explaining the annual carpet cleaning contract. It will save us a great deal of money and ensure we always have fresh , clean carpets. He then went on to demonstrate a lightweight stick vacuum that is exactly what we need. Pleasant young man…deserves to go far.
Both vacuum cleaners were serviced swiftly and efficiently by Jessie. A well spoken and polite gentleman. Passed on useful information regarding the company’s other services and answered my questions in a simple and straightforward manner. All completed in under an hour.
Excellent. Engineer pleasant and efficient. Light bulb not working in fan oven so he promised to get engineer who is booked for Friday 27 September for carpets and sofas to bring replacement. Very impressed
Chris is a lovely, polite young man. He did a thorough job on my Dyson upright vacuum cleaner. It looked like a new cleaner when he had finished. He showed me a cordless vacuum cleaner that has just been manufactured and also spoke to me re other cover for my white goods. He also mentioned other services that you offer. Oven cleaning carpet cleaning etc.
Jesse arrived on time as expected and straight away he diagnosed the problem with our appliance. He was very knowledgeable and offered good advice and options for us to consider. Very pleased wit the Homecare visit.
