Andy explained about the changes as regards the company. He soon got the job done. He then helped me to set up new direct debit. I wasn't interested in the new model he showed me as I didn't need it. So pleased he didn't do the hard sell as that would have totally put me off dealing with the company. I returned the pink supersonic model as in my opinion it has a design fault. It kept blocking up at the point where the dust entered the transparent dust holder and rather than filling up the dust holder it blocked the pipe inst... read more
