Lee sorted the problem with my washing machine very quickly. He also dealt with a problem with my freezer. He is a credit to your company's customer care. His manner is polite, professional and he takes on board everything that is said.

Jesse went out of his way to call today, as I have been let down twice and 3 times last year, having taken 2 afternoons off work this year I was not happy to continue with the service for another year, Jesse was very professional did a great service, I also bought the new wet and dry machine.

Mike and his assistant did a great job and managed to identify a problem with the grill part of the oven, unfortunately the oven is too old to get a part for. I didn’t catch Mikes assistants name but he did say it was his first day so I’m presuming you’ll know who it was. Very satisfied with the service.

Connor turned up on time and was very informative on everything he was going to do and what chemicals he was using etc…very pleased with the carpet cleans today and would like Connor to look after the hooveds and the oven clean once he is trained!
